Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (recommended) • 5+ years of HR or Learning and Development experience • Experience managing HR, talent management, learning, or people programs in a fast-paced, tech environment • Strong program management skills, including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with HR, IT, Communications, and stakeholders • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills. • Develop and maintain project plans, communications, timelines, dependencies, and risk logs, identifying and escalating risks and supporting plan adjustments to support on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
