What You Get to Do: The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for assisting program management in maintaining the consistency in supports and services to the individuals as well as assisting in scheduling according to the plan of care for individuals served. Additional responsibilities include providing operational support across teams, assisting with paper-based workflows, and supporting loan opening and closing activities such as handling checks, distributing closing disclosures and trailing documents, and processing returned documentation in accordance with established naming conventions and system requirements. The role is accountable for generating and distributing final document tracking reports to internal and external stakeholders, monitoring outstanding items, and supporting fee collection associated with late or missing documents.

• Providing support to patients and families during treatment by answering questions about medication, disease progression, and other concerns.
• Coordinating patient care across disciplines by working with physicians, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, pharmacists, dieticians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Ensure projects adhere to framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
