Job Overview:
Pay Range: $63.00hr - $68.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10+ years of project/program management experience with at least 5 years in digital product or technology delivery.
- Strong domain experience in Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Proven experience delivering Digital Products and Solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and third-party vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and technology solutions supporting clinical trials and related business functions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, clinical teams, vendors, and technology teams to define and execute project plans.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead governance meetings and support strategic decision-making for digital initiatives.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Clinical Trial platforms and digital health solutions.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certifications.
- Familiarity with GxP, FDA, ICH-GCP, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
