What You Get to Do: The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for assisting program management in maintaining the consistency in supports and services to the individuals as well as assisting in scheduling according to the plan of care for individuals served. Additional responsibilities include providing operational support across teams, assisting with paper-based workflows, and supporting loan opening and closing activities such as handling checks, distributing closing disclosures and trailing documents, and processing returned documentation in accordance with established naming conventions and system requirements. The role is accountable for generating and distributing final document tracking reports to internal and external stakeholders, monitoring outstanding items, and supporting fee collection associated with late or missing documents.

This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and engaging in a comprehensive therapeutic recreation program designed to meet both the general and specific needs of frail elderly participants.

In addition to championing a safety culture across the company, this role oversees safety systems and activities to maintain oversight of regulatory compliance status; provides training to CMV operators; coordinates and conducts audits and inspections of the transportation safety management process; and monitor metrics reflecting performance.
