Preferred Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, customer, or decision analytics (preferably in financial services), strong results orientation, and increasing ownership of complex analytical problems – Pegasystems CDH experience is advantageous. The Senior Business Analytics Consultant will generate key analytical insights that inform decision inputs, including algorithm refinement, value frameworks, propensity models, constraints, and business rules, while incorporating enterprise and channel context and ensuring regulatory compliance.
