ABILITYPlan, organize, and coordinate multiple public health programs; supervise, train and evaluate a subordinate staff that includes professional, non-professional and support staff; collect and analyze data; write reports and correspondence; express self effectively orally and in writing; interpret related State regulations; identify service needs and develop and maintain appropriate clinical services; develop and maintain effective working with clients, staff, interagency departments and community providers and members.
