The Director ensures that all building systems, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, fire suppression, and building automation systems, meet performance specifications, regulatory requirements (such as The Joint Commission, NFPA, AAALAC, etc.) and the needs of a mission critical and complex academic medical center environment.
