The following list is a known list of duties it is not meant to be comprehensive: Daily contact with supervisor concerning duties to be performed Contact office concerning daily bus duty or Friday bus duty Daily student contact (giving out passes, getting students to appointments, getting information from students, etc.) Disseminating information on daily/weekly/monthly reports Completion of confidential information to other agencies, determining (with guidance when uncertain) what may and may not be released Receiving, compiling, filing and disseminating information from other on and off campus service providers pertaining to middle school students Assisting the supervisor in verifying and updating the campus inventory as it pertains to the middle school Accuracy Required in Work: Accuracy is required in following areas – understanding, effectively communicating and implementing the goals and objectives of the program and curriculum (state or alternate); ensuring IEP goals/objectives are implemented and documented appropriately.
