Expectations: Through on-board training and personal initiative and development, the Sales Executive is expected to achieve success in this role by developing a thorough understanding of: Bentley's long-term strategy, objectives and goals The Sales and R&D personnel and capabilities, ensuring they meet the requirements of our strategy and customer needs Existing territory of customers, including their market strategies and distribution channels, top products, base formulas Existing R&D development processes and database systems, process technologies we employ in the company's bulk manufacturing and filling areas; while remaining current as advances are made in these areas Complete understanding of the pipeline of projects in R&D and historical results of approvals, launches, value generation, longevity of new products for assigned customers. Outcomes: The expected outcomes and measures of performance are: Meet or exceed sales growth KPIs set by management while maintaining or improving profitability Strong customer relationships leading to retention and expanded sales Building exceptional relationships with Bentley Management, Sales, R&D and Operations team members Enhancing Bentley's reputation as an outstanding technology-based supplier.
