A bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, health sciences, or a related discipline, knowledge of tutoring and/or teaching pedagogy, experience in higher education or another academic environment, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to learn new technologies, and an enthusiastic commitment to lifelong learning and supporting the growth and success of all students and staff are required.
