Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field of study, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field of study preferred with minimum of 3 years 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, campus relations, HR coordination, or a related role.
