This includes development, maintenance, and improvement of the Food Safety Program and Quality Systems, including pre-requisite programs, sanitation, GMP''s, HACCP, allergen control, QC Programs, traceability, non-conformance management, auditing, recall, analytical and microbiology lab management, etc. The position holds a key role on the Brewery Leadership Team and must be skilled at identifying opportunities, using data to drive decisions, cross-functional influence, and collaboration.
