Plan, organize, and direct all elements of the proposal including analyzing the client request, developing a response plan, initiating follow-up go/no go, facilitating strategy review, conducting kick-off meeting, managing and contributing to response sections, lead in-progress reviews, prepare red team review package, incorporate red team input, schedule pricing reviews, and ensure on-time response delivery. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in marketing, communications, positioning on major pursuits and proposal preparation, including SF 330 A/E submissions.- a team player who can lead a pursuit process and team, represent Stantec with our strategic partnerships, communicate effectively, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and thrive in a competitive deadline driven environment.
