Maintain regular verbal and written reports to designated employer upper management supervisor as well as key representatives of partner teamAbility to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency Pursues, builds and maintains strong relationships in the industry to generate and enhance business opportunities Actively participates in target client industry trade associations and strategic community and industry activities for lead generation and visibility of the company Executes additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Confirm and monitor that exceptional safety program in plac REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Civil Engineering or similar field Minimum of fifteen (15) years as a full control Project Manager or Project Executive overseeing heavy civil structures design-build projects (bridge highway infrastructure, inner-city transit, toll roads) $500Mil + Travel is required as needed Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills are required Polished and effective presenter and communicator, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization and external clients Knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Goal oriented â able to set goals and achieve them Interpersonal â able to work well and persuade people at all organization levels Organizational ability â able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor activities and projects. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES: Review, assess, and initiate action working with the Project Manager to maintain project completion schedule, track budget, cash flow, cost forecast and contract changes Negotiate with the client, prepare and submit monthly reports, discuss and get approval of payment applications and change orders.
