Reporting to the Patient Access Manager, this position provides direct supervision of assigned staff such as Patient Access Representatives, Referral Coordinators, Health Information Specialists, Health Access Partners and Access Center Operators.
In coordination with the section Manager, assumes responsibility for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of section(s) equipment; establishes and conducts section meetings; implements and monitors section CQI plan that is in concert with the Hospital plan. p>Essential Responsibilities: - Own the integrated program plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across initiatives; track progress against objectives, milestones, and value targets; surface risks, issues, and interdependencies early; maintain and actively manage project plans, decision trackers, and action registers; drive consistency and discipline in execution across workstreams.
- Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Product, Data/Analytics, Technology team and external partners; support Initiative Leads by removing friction, clarifying ownership, and reinforcing accountability; translate roadmaps into executable plans-including readiness, resourcing, and sequencing for pilots, waves, and rollouts.
p>THE PERSON: As a Program Manager, your involvement will be substantial within AMD's extended supply chain as the Substrate Capacity and Cost Analyst to support analytics for substrate supplier forecasting, expansion project costing and allocation requirements.
In addition, you will be creating management reports, working with the Business Units teams on priority setting, and working with engineering and suppliers on expected product output, yield targets and qual requests to improve supply.
