li>Internal/External Stakeholder Collaboration: initiates and sustains strategic partnerships school systems, educational service centers, child protection agencies, and law enforcement to advance legislative priorities and agency goals; serves as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders and ensures timely, accurate and professional responses to inquiries; represents the team in cross-divisional and interagency collaborations maintaining strong alignment and proactively keeping leadership informed; leads the development and delivery of child abuse reporting and investigation training for internal and external stakeholders, including statewide conferences and cross-divisional sessions; ensures the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all training delivered by senior field investigators.
