Responsibilities: .
The position reports to the Customer Program Management leader supporting AMD’s data center customer portfolio, including MDC/CST, OEM, HPC, and Enterprise AI segments, with broad horizontal accountability across programs and organizations.
In coordination with the section Manager, assumes responsibility for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of section(s) equipment; establishes and conducts section meetings; implements and monitors section CQI plan that is in concert with the Hospital plan. Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
Ability to summarize complex issues and problems into a concise report, focused on key findings and outcomes; Proficiency in developing communication strategies for a wide array of audiences that support strategic objectives; proficiency in the management of time, flexibility, and influencing colleagues to meet demanding timelines. Additionally, this role represents the SOC team in client-facing meetings, supports new client implementations, and serves as a primary escalation point for operational issues.
