p>Responsibilities include: Serve as local administrator for the Technical Support Management (TSM) system supporting OPC PRO deficiency tracking activities Maintain ship-specific deficiency record databases within the TSM and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tools Track deficiency records from creation through verification and closure across inspection and trial events Support Surveillance activities, Test Witnessing, Compartment Completion Inspections, Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and Trial Card tracking processes Assist OPC PRO and INSURV personnel with creation, processing, and management of ETC trial cards Support preparation of technical briefings, milestone reviews, assessments, and audit materials related to deficiency status Generate trial card status reports and metrics supporting correction of deficiencies during pre-trial, dockside, and at-sea testing periods Maintain capability to create and transfer deficiency data between cutter baselines and rollover trial card datasets Support screening activities before, during, and after dockside and underway trials Maintain deployable network capability supporting deficiency tracking during sea trial execution Coordinate responses to INSURV database requests associated with trial card status and deficiency reporting Provide system overviews and user support for TSM and ETC tools to Government and shipbuilder personnel as required Support preparation of weekly program status reports and technical performance metrics Attend meetings and program reviews supporting trial readiness and deficiency management activities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent relevant experience) Minimum of six (6) years of experience supporting ship construction deficiency tracking, inspection programs, or trial card management activities Current CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) Experience using the Government TSM system and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tool Experience supporting inspection, surveillance, or trial-related deficiency management processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to support dockside and underway trial events, including operation in shipyard and waterfront environments Ability to maintain equipment compliance with Authorization to Operate (ATO) requirements supporting trial systems Active DoD SECRET security clearance required.
