Primary duties are to assist the project manager with project planning, project scheduling, material purchasing, project reporting, estimating, and progress tracking.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions
- Adherence to project schedule and client requirements; Labor Budget and As Sold Direct Labor Multiplier (DLM): Achieves or beats labor budgets.
- Serves as assigned client’s day-to-day contact; escalates strategic items to Program Manager (pricing, scope, disputes); supports upsell / cross-sell conversations; coordinates with Project Financial Analysts (PFA) and Project Coordinators (PC).
Communicate and collaborate with NASA Government customers, technical and operational personnel, contractor partners, and supporting organizations across Kennedy Space Center to identify requirements, support acquisition planning and procurement activities, coordinate service delivery, and ensure successful execution of projects supporting Exploration Ground Systems (EGS), Artemis, and commercial spaceflight operation.
