Reviewing, evaluating and assessing the quality of services being delivered by the Public Safety Department, investigates complaints, takes the necessary steps to address poor work performance, through corrective action and/or remedial training, and addresses misconduct and continued performance issues using the disciplinary action process. This includes oversight of Public Safety Operations including, but not limited to, the oversight and distribution of work assignments to Public Safety Sergeants, Public Safety Investigators, Public Safety Officers, and Control Center Technicians.
