Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 5+ years of healthcare project/program management or healthcare operations experience Healthcare operations Process improvement Workflow optimization Cross-functional project execution Payer Provider Hospital Managed care environments Revenue cycle Claims workflows Reimbursement operations Utilization management Healthcare operational reporting Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Experience with Epic, EHR, EMR, or healthcare operational platforms Cost recovery initiatives Healthcare financial operations Medical necessity or utilization workflows Experience with: Tableau Power BI SQL Jira/Confluence PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications preferred Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
