p>Main Responsibilities: - Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, commissions, bonuses benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Nationwide thousands of restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and schools rely on Smart Care to provide preventative maintenance as well as service and repair of commercial refrigeration, cooking and ware washing equipment.
p>Responsible for the bi-weekly processing and oversight of payroll for approximately 50 hotel properties, the Payroll Supervisor ensures payroll accuracy, supports associates and operational leaders, maintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and drives continuous improvement within payroll processes and systems. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Operations, and property leadership to deliver an exceptional associate experience and ensure payroll practices align with organizational objectives.
li style="margin-left:8px">Oversee the Accounting Assistant which will provide support for the bi-weekly, monthly or annual reporting and accounts payable payroll processing, the Annual Open Enrollment for Benefits and specially requested reports for audit or budgeting purposes or by HR. - Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner incorporating compensation and benefit changes, PTO, new hires, terminations, and time card management for hourly and casual employees.
