li> Build a network of relationships within accounts in order to gain insight into system, customer and patient unmet needs, including clinical stakeholders and administrators, and diligently captures information on customer interactions using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including point of contact (POC) information, sales call activities, market intelligence, funnel development and other data points. Synthesize data from a range of formal and informal sources to understand the evolving and dynamic local care system, leveraging available tools and resources such as Engage (CRM), Excel, Tableau and available research to make data-driven decisions on account potential and opportunities in order to focus effort, including working across the Market team.
Utilizes effective communication and documentation with physicians, physician staff, health care facilities, patients, and patient representatives to collect and analyze pertinent clinical data as related to the procedures scheduled, intervening to prevent problems that could result in adverse patient outcomes or delayed/cancelled procedures. Reviews and evaluates outpatient orders received from the physician and/or physician staff, using clinical judgment and critical thinking to follow-up on appropriateness and completeness of physician orders as they relate to procedures ordered.
li>Keeps Patient Service Center and Scheduling Manager informed of issues related to procedures including but not limited to necessary questionnaire revisions, updates related to departmental requests, and need for new or revised procedures build.
p>Every day, you will strategically assess, plan, and facilitate comprehensive care across the continuum, expertly advocating for patients while collaborating with physicians, nursing, departments, insurers, and post-acute providers to ensure timely, high-quality transitions.
li> *Competently performs diagnostic procedures including but not limited to adult cardiac ultrasound, pediatric cardiac ultrasound, and/or vascular ultrasound in accordance with established policies and procedures.
