Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
5+ years of progressive experience in the tennis or sports industry, with a primary focus on tournament operations, competitive structures, or event management.
Minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role, with a proven ability to lead staff and cross-functional teams.
Deep knowledge of USTA Adult Tournament structures and regulations; high-level proficiency in the Serve Tennis platform is strongly preferred.
Technical & Financial Acumen
Advanced command of Google Workspace
Demonstrated experience in P&L management, including budget forecasting, tracking, and financial reporting.
Ability to learn, manipulate, and leverage new and existing digital platforms and data sets to drive program growth.
Leadership & Core Competencies
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present to committees and high-level stakeholders.
