Key Responsibilities:Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple legal entities, including multi-currency consolidations and intercompany eliminationsOversee global accounting operations including AR, AP, payroll entries, accruals, and financial reportingManage revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and support technical accounting areas including leases and income taxesPartner with external auditors and advisors to ensure audit readiness and successful execution across multiple jurisdictionsOversee tax compliance activities in coordination with external partners (income tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing)Administer and optimize the ERP system and broader finance technology stack; drive automation and process improvement initiativesEstablish and maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and scalable accounting processesLead, mentor, and develop a distributed accounting team, including offshore resourcesPartner cross-functionally with leadership across operations, business development, HR, and legalSupport the CFO with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications:CPA designation required10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership within a Controller or Assistant Controller capacityStrong experience managing full-cycle close in a multi-entity environmentInternational accounting experience, including multi-currency consolidationsDeep understanding of US GAAP, including ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 740 preferredHands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similarProven ability to lead and develop accounting teams, including remote or offshore staffDemonstrated success operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
