Summary
Provide executive administrative support to the VP of Revenue and VP of Credit Risk and their direct reports. Manage calendars, meetings, events, and daily operational needs. Handle confidential information and fast‑moving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Support daily administrative needs and ad‑hoc requests
- Prepare agendas, materials, and track action items
- Coordinate presentations, internal communications, and leadership events
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication across U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Assist with proposals, project budget reviews, and monthly expense variance checks
- Support special projects and company initiative rollouts
- Oversee facility operations: vendors, supplies, security, mailroom, meeting tech
- Liaise with HR, IT, and internal service teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years executive administrative experience
- Typing 60 WPM; 10‑key capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendar
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes
- Strong interpersonal skills; flexible and detail‑oriented
