About the Role

PrideStaff is partnering with a leading industrial equipment organization to find a strategic and technical Product Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact, in-office role designed for a professional who enjoys diving deep into technical specifications while maintaining a pulse on market trends. You will be the bridge between  engineering and market positioning, ensuring our products stand out in a competitive landscape.

What You Will Do

  •  Research the functional and technical features of industrial equipment to deeply understand our product lineup and how it solves customer problems.??????
  • Analyze product differences and work alongside graphic designers to create impactful marketing materials, banners, and technical explanations.
  • Monitor and analyze market pricing to recommend adjustments and lead discussions on how to best position products for growth.

  •  Run and analyze sales statistics to identify performance gaps and areas for continuous improvement.

  •  Own projects from conception to completion by assigning tasks, managing progress, and leading cross-functional team discussions.

What You Will Bring

  •  Bachelor's degree in engineering field or similar.  
  •  Project management skills and the ability to keep multiple high-priority initiatives on track.
  •  A proactive communicator who enjoys working with diverse teams to bring technical concepts to life.???????
