The Project Coordinator acts as the central "hub" of assigned projects-ensuring tasks move forward efficiently, deadlines are met, risks are identified early, and information flows seamlessly-allowing Project Managers to focus on strategic planning, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment. This position is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules and documentation, tracking progress and costs, and facilitating clear, timely communication across internal teams and external partners.
