Ā· Create, develop, and update agency policies
Ā· Track and collect employee evaluations
Ā· Manage the ADP portal and platform
Ā· Track and collect employee write ups and progressive discipline correspondences
Ā· Assist in interviewing new candidates and conducting reference checks
Ā· Conduct new hire orientation
Ā· Onboard new staff members
Ā· Other responsibilities directed by the Director of operations or HR officer
