li>May assist the Engineering Department in helping provide specifications to accommodate equipment add-ons, moves, and changes, as well as provides routine maintenance and support on selected pieces of equipment. Ensures proper maintenance and appropriate repair work for the facility, its equipment and systems, including specified systems such as HVAC, boilers and water supply meet specifications.

strong>Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. The primary purpose of this job is to oversee and coordinate facility and maintenance activities (excluding operations maintenance), including staffing, equipment, processes and structures, in a reliable and efficient manner minimizing interruption to production to support corporate goals.
ul> A strong leader that ensures optimal functioning of internal and external apartment community building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, elevators, and more.
p>Depending on the size of a community, the community may have an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor who oversees the Maintenance Technicians, assists the Maintenance Supervisor with administration, and also performs maintenance work orders.
This Lead Tech role will have a high degree of building trades skills and work independently to handle a variety of apartment interior, exterior and the site grounds. Under the direction of the Service Maintenance Manager, the Service Technician III is responsible for promptly responding to all service requests, apartment turnover preparation and the preservation and maintenance of the property.
p>Bachelors degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area. *Recipical license may apply Licensing requirements vary by state, State mechanical contractors license, Supervisory experience, Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.
