The candidate will have 5-7 years of proven history of high-quality project management of tradeshow exhibit execution including designing and maintaining detailed project plans, organizing event planning meetings, updating planning status reports, and coordinating all aspects of exhibit execution deliverables, working with tradeshow agencies, industry organizations, and exhibit centers. Manage all Tradeshow and Event Related Logistics & Partners External Partner Management: Agency management (exhibits agency, AV providers, travel and housing, suppliers, , conference etc.), Events Logistics: Coordinate all event logistics, including booth installation and teardown, shipping, staff schedules, travel and housing, staff registrations, and amenities.
