The role works closely with 3PL leadership, operations teams, and internal cross‑functional partners to drive continuous improvement across distribution activities, including but not limited to dock‑to‑stock, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, returns processing, and OTIF performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through structured process reviews, root‑cause analysis, and collaboration with internal and external partners to reduce cost, improve service levels, increase productivity, and enhance quality across the distribution network.-5%.
