li>For Full-Time status Clinical Supervisor Therapists must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week (schedule 30-32), if supervising no PLPCs, 25 clients if supervising 1 PLPC (Schedule 28-30), 24 clients if supervising 2 PLPCs (Schedule 26-27), and 22 if supervising 3 PLPCs (Schedule 24-25). Supervisee point of contact for items such as clinician productivity, unrecorded/unsigned notes/treatment plans/intake paperwork, balance or ledger related questions, training needs, orientation follow up questions, clinical consultation, or treatment plan support.
As a core member of the clinical team, you will have access to ongoing training and support from a GI-focused clinical team (GI/MD, GI-experienced Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dietitians) to help you develop a working knowledge of digestive health conditions (IBD, IBS, GERD, SIBO, etc.) and implement GI focused psychological services. Utilize evidenced-based clinical interventions (including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation strategies (diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychoeducation (brain-gut connection, coping with chronic illness) and gut directed hypnotherapy.
p>Summary of Role: The Clinical Lead is the primary clinical owner for each assigned case and ensures that every element of the plan of care is delivered with fidelity to the Positive Development (PD) model. This role is highly field-based, providing direct in-home clinical observation, supervision, and coaching to Developmental Paraprofessionals (DPPs) and families.
Employees working at an Illinois facility are required to have an Illinois state social work license or be able to take and pass the Illinois state social work licensing exam within 90 days of the first day of employment.
