p>We are seeking a hands-on Director, Change Management on our Procurement team to drive the continued rollout and adoption of enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions across the procurement organization, including change management support for the Strategic Sourcing Group (SSG). This is a highly execution-focused role that partners closely with the VP and key business stakeholders to accelerate adoption, embed new ways of working, and ensure sustained value realization from deployed technology.

p>This Director level role serves as a senior subject matter expert in credit risk, financial analysis, and collateral structuring, partnering closely with National Accounts underwriting (~$600M annual premium) to support continued growth of complex, loss-sensitive business.
This role is responsible for transforming data and AI from fragmented tools and isolated efforts into a cohesive, governed, business critical capability that drives operational efficiency, better decision making, and competitive advantage. This role serves as the single point of accountability for enterprise data management, governance, and AIāensuring initiatives are strategically aligned, responsibly governed, and deliver measurable business value.
With a strong focus on delivering a wide range of solutions across defense, intelligence, healthcare services, and military community services, we pride ourselves on our stellar reputation as a leading solution provider. This shall include, at minimum, one worship service per week for both communities, conducted on days and at times to be established by the SUBASE Command Chaplain.
