Supervised by the Director of Career and Professional Development, the Career Services Manager provides managerial as well as student and Career Center team support services throughout all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Career Center, providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various constituencies, including students, faculty, law school administration, lawyers, judges, corporate/business professionals, and high-level government officials.

Assist with training and development of all crew members to allow for proper succession planning of future shift managers; provide constructive feedback on performance with all crew members. - Must possess moderate level computer skills to include electronic mail, Point of Sale system, and the ability to learn the Blake’s Lotaburger BOH computer system.

Ensure that the store safe is always secure unless in immediate use and that cash deposits are delivered to the bank according to Blake’s Lotaburger cash handling policies per Book 1. - Document all deposits per Book 1 cash handling policies and assuring that other designated managers are doing the same. The Assistant Manager’s (AM) role is to assist the General Manager in the oversight of all operations of the restaurant including, but not limited to, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability through diligent monitoring and controlling of food/beverage costs and labor costs.

Unlike other heavy civil contractors, we diversify in a broad range of markets including mining, landfills, golf courses, residential, CMAR/JOC, wind and energy, recreation, flood control, and transportation. The main workload will be concentrated on field supervision of trade contractors, reviewing plans, managing trade contractors' schedules and quality of work, facilitating meetings between all stakeholders involved in the projects.

Unlike other heavy civil contractors, we diversify in a broad range of markets including mining, landfills, golf courses, residential, CMAR/JOC, wind and energy, recreation, flood control, and transportation.
