Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ⢠5+ years of progressive HR experience ⢠Strong working knowledge of California employment law (wage & hour, LOA, investigations, employee classification, documentation, terminations) ⢠Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgment in resolving workplace issues ⢠Proven experience administering HRIS systems and maintaining employee data integrity (UKG preferred) ⢠Experience conducting workplace investigations ⢠Ability to influence managers and operate with discretion and sound judgment ⢠Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills ⢠High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (advanced Excel preferred). HRIS Ownership & Workforce Data Governance ⢠Own administration, integrity, and optimization of HRIS (UKG) ⢠Execute employee lifecycle transactions (hires, status changes, compensation updates, separations) ⢠Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and personnel records ⢠Produce workforce and compliance reporting (headcount, turnover, LOA tracking, etc.) ⢠Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
