The role directs and coordinates all Food and Beverage units and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; and addressing and resolving complaints or problems.
