Qualifications 5 years of franchising experience with 1 year in development, sales, real estate, or construction Ability to lead, inspire, coach, motivate teams of people to accomplish significant business goals Ability to engage franchisees and vendors and manage the onboarding process, providing leadership encouragement and responsiveness as appropriate In-depth knowledge of franchising disclosure and legalities Excellent oral and written English communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills Ability to delegate tasks to outside agencies and partners and to follow up appropriately Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications Strong business acumen, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence decision makers at all levels during a process Integrity and ethical behavior Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Specific responsibilities include: ⢠Execute the overall strategic direction and priorities for the organization to support capable, committed, and successful franchisees ⢠Execute the franchise process for onboarding, including at initial setups, ongoing professional and clear communication, Discovery Day planning, and ensuring the franchisee onboarding experience is high-quality, relevant, complete, and easy ⢠Consult with existing franchisees on potential opportunities and ensure options are evaluated, execution is agreed upon, and development commitments are met ⢠Execute and ensure corporate compliance with all FTC regulations regarding franchising ⢠Manage the CRM ⢠Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure timely and on-budget store opening goals ⢠Responsibilities and projects as assigned by the department leaders.
