Qualification Requirements for this position are: Prior restaurant experience required Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, and motivating a team Strong ability to communicate with a positive and outgoing personality Customer service focused and solution oriented Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced and high stress work environment Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
