Installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains, troubleshoots, and upgrades all PC hardware/software and related equipment, including occasional troubleshooting of network components such as routers, firewalls, switches, servers, access control systems, wireless access points, UPSs, printers, multifunctional devices, and phone systems. Installs, configures, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots user workstations, mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.), and related hardware/software to meet required service levels.
