Description

  • Coordinate and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Facilitate communication between legal teams, clients, and external parties.
  • Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and filings.
  • Prepare and organize case materials for meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information securely.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading legal documents and reports.
  • Track case progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Case Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in Mass Tort or Product Liabiity
  • Bachelor's degree is a requirement.
  • Experience in Big Law environments is strongly preferred.
  • Some mentorship or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with legal software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
