Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $44.00hr - $49.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Proven experience analyzing daily e-commerce order reports, identifying delayed or stuck orders, and troubleshooting root causes such as payment holds, inventory sync issues, or fulfillment pipeline errors.
  • Hands-on experience working directly in SAP (Sales & Distribution / Order Management modules) to look up, adjust, or re-trigger orders.
  • Working proficiency with Jira to log detailed technical bugs, capture reproduction steps, and track resolutions with IT/dev teams.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data filtering to manipulate and review large order files.
  • Experience handling direct escalations from Customer Service and providing fast, structured solutions.
  • 2 4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, order management, digital customer fulfillment, or business systems analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily e-commerce order flow and troubleshoot exceptions.
  • Utilize SAP for order management and adjustments.
  • Log and track technical bugs using Jira.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel to manage order files.
  • Communicate cross-functionally to resolve customer service escalations.
  • Support order fulfillment during peak seasonal surges and year-end rush periods.
  • Ensure order errors are resolved within agreed customer fulfillment SLAs.
  • Support website testing and validation of checkout flows for promotional launches.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing, validating checkout flow, and logging frontend bugs for website updates or promotional launches.
  • Familiarity with high-volume digital retail, omni-channel distribution, or customized consumer goods order flows.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment with minimal handholding to solve bottlenecks.
  • Understanding of warehouse handoffs, shipping carrier updates, and order fulfillment lifecycle tracking.

Qualification And Education:
