The Executive Director leads a management team overseeing Energy, Sustainability, and Compliance, Custodial Services, Landscape and Grounds, Project Management, and skilled Maintenance trades shop staff (inclusive of Carpentry, Paint, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC, Access Services, Fire Safety, and Night Technicians)at Maryland and Shadow Lane Campuses. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management Sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and a minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in facilities management or related fields.
