The Chargeback Gurus (CBG) Events Manager is responsible for executing a comprehensive tradeshow events strategy that aligns with Chargeback Gurus (CBG) business goals and enhances brand visibility. This role is responsible for tradeshow planning, marketing and execution, driving lead generation, generating pipeline, and delivering high -quality event experiences that support broader marketing and sales objectives.

p>Here''s what you''ll do during a typical day:

• Execute high-quality events: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience. As a Events Manager, you're not just overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

This role partners closely with Sales Manager, Culinary, and Restaurant Leadership teams to provide an exceptional guest experience from event handoff through completion. This role owns all event details after booking, including room setup, seating plans, event timelines, staffing coordination, menu arrangements, and day-of execution.

You'll manage a portfolio of signature fundraising and cultivation events-including Partners Card, ReuNight, Community Advisory Council meetings, corporate engagements, and other mission-driven donor touchpoints-overseeing every detail from logistics and timelines to vendor coordination, volunteer support, sponsorship fulfillment, and guest experience. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings through sales activities including sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and more.

p>Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events.

This role prefers the leader to reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and will primarily support hotels throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area based on business demands.
