The Event Sales Manager will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events meet or exceed sales expectations while staying within budget and timeline constraints. The Chargeback Gurus (CBG) Events Manager is responsible for executing a comprehensive tradeshow events strategy that aligns with Chargeback Gurus (CBG) business goals and enhances brand visibility. This role partners closely with Sales Manager, Culinary, and Restaurant Leadership teams to provide an exceptional guest experience from event handoff through completion. This role owns all event details after booking, including room setup, seating plans, event timelines, staffing coordination, menu arrangements, and day-of execution.

You'll manage a portfolio of signature fundraising and cultivation events-including Partners Card, ReuNight, Community Advisory Council meetings, corporate engagements, and other mission-driven donor touchpoints-overseeing every detail from logistics and timelines to vendor coordination, volunteer support, sponsorship fulfillment, and guest experience.
