Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician Norton Medical GroupDevelopmental and Behavioral PediatricianLouisville, KYThe selected candidate will join two developmental-behavioral pediatricians and one advanced practice provider in evaluating children with various developmental conditions, such as global developmental delay, intellectual developmental disorder, autism spectrum disorder, complex attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, in-utero drug exposure, fetal alcohol syndrome, behavioral issues associated with chronic illnesses and prematurity, and feeding disorder of oral-sensorimotor or behavioral origin. The team is composed of two developmental-behavioral pediatricians, five pediatric psychologists, one advanced practice registered nurse, two speech-language pathologists, one occupational therapist, one dietitian and one licensed clinical social worker who collaborate to deliver evidence-based, family-centered, community-responsive diagnostic and therapeutic services to children with complex developmental needs.

We have already implemented this model successfully in pediatric dermatology, emergency medicine, genetics and neonatology, and now are looking for general pediatricians who are ready to create innovative partnerships with pediatric subspecialty areas that are experiencing national access challenges.
