Manage routine “walk-in” legal business, including: review and approve credit documents, review and approve LINK contracts and other Contract Admin support, advise on Contracts Policy, capacity release procedures, contract extension rights, and ROFR/nomination differences, support document management (e.g., SharePoint libraries) and TeamConnect matter creation, attend ManCom meetings and support ManCom Consents, provide legal counsel on FERC compliance matters, including filings, audits, and enforcement actions, and support litigation and dispute resolution related to pipeline operations. Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to): Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
