As directed by the Lead Director of Colleague Relations, this role will provide oversight, own relationships with designated functional partners (i.e., Legal, Compliance, Security), HRBP's/leaders, and deliver applicable reporting to identify trends and recommend appropriate solutions. Responsibilities: Provides leadership and oversight to team, including but not limited to, monitoring team performance, coaching team members for success, administers discipline as appropriate, addresses issues and escalations, conducts case review, and case resolution calibration.
