Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale commercial construction and specialist life sciences projects.

This is a key leadership position for someone who can successfully deliver complex cGMP construction projects while also supporting business development, winning new work and strengthening long-term client relationships.

You'll lead projects through the full lifecycle, from initial concept and design through construction, commissioning, qualification and validation. Key Responsibilities & Experience

10+ years of overall construction experience, including at least 5 years working across multiple cGMP projects.
Experience managing the full cGMP project lifecycle, including concept, design, construction, commissioning, IQ/OQ and validation. Experience with FDA-validated projects is highly desirable.
Strong technical understanding of cleanroom environments, cGMP protocols, gowning procedures and documentation requirements.
Experience delivering complex projects on a system-by-system basis, rather than traditional building or spatial-based construction alone.
