Building and sustaining customer partnerships with teachers, building-, and district-level leaders, and instructional coaches, leveraging those relationships to ensure successful implementation of Carnegie Learning products and foster best practices. By modeling best practices and supporting implementation with integrity, the MSP helps teachers experience the value of our solutions in ways that enhance their instruction, simplify their work, and positively impact student learning.
